Teaching Assistant - 1:1 KS2 SEND Support (Ashton, Tameside)

Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join a supportive Primary School near Ashton in Tameside. This is a full-time, long-term position working 1:1 with a child in KS2 who has complex SEND requirements.

The successful candidate will:

• Provide personalised 1:1 support to help the child access learning.

• Work collaboratively with the class teacher and SENDCO to deliver tailored strategies.

• Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.

• Demonstrate patience, resilience, and a nurturing approach to learning and behaviour.

Location: Near Ashton, Tameside
Start Date: ASAP
