Etjca S.p.A. – Employment Agency, Santa Croce sull'Arno branch, is looking for the following professional figure for a client company operating in the tanning sector: ## LEATHER FINISHING OPERATOR The resource will be integrated into the finishing department and, reporting directly to the department manager, will be responsible for the following activities: * Use and operation of automated systems for leather processing: spray, gemata, palissone, printing machine, ironing machine, grinding machine, shaving machine * Management and operation of tumbling drums * Loading and unloading of machinery in compliance with production procedures * Monitoring of processing stages and verification of the correct functioning of the systems * Cleaning of individual machines when necessary * Quality control of the finished product and reporting of any non-conformities. ### Required qualifications: * Experience, even if short, gained in the tanning sector and specifically in the finishing department * Knowledge of leather characteristics and main finishing processes * Aptitude for teamwork, precision, and orientation towards respecting quality standards and production timelines * Flexible working hours and availability to perform overtime, including Saturday mornings. ### We offer: * **Contract type:** fixed-term temporary contract, with the possibility of extension * **Expected classification:** CCNL Concerie Aziende Industriali; level E3 or F assigned based on the selected resource's experience * **Gross monthly salary:** between approximately €1650.00 and €1850.00 * **Working hours:** full-time 40 hours per week distributed from Monday to Friday, with hours 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM / 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM * **Workplace:** Santa Croce sull'Arno (PI) Etjca Group S.p.A. is authorized to operate by the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies (Auth.
