1085 - Specialist in Information Systems Projects

We are looking for a Project Specialist to develop the following activities:

• Collaborate with CTPC/PCP, SLCP and CMTD teams responsible for the Global Cost Book to clearly establish requirements, define project scope and determine schedules.
• Work in partnership with Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Logistics and TIC departments to establish integration requirements.
• Supervise the process of studying project requirements to define objectives, scope and schedule.
• Auxiliary assistance with purchase requisition, order and contract processes as needed.
• Coordinate with IT Project Manager to handle specifications, architecture design, technical reviews, integration, user acceptance testing, system testing and solution implementation in all client regions.
• Supervise and coordinate project team activities.
• Communicate business vision to the implementation team, explain project objectives clearly and facilitate team discussions for progress.
• Ensure compliance with client's TIC standards and guidelines.
• FOLLOW THE ROUTE, BUDGET, RISKS AND RESOURCES OF THE PROJECT AND REPORT UPDATES IN REGULAR STATUS MEETINGS AND DIRECTION COMMITTEE.
• Responsible for approving User Story history and participating in entry and exit criteria for phases.
• Coordinate and lead UAT, load and non-regression testing phases with the business team.
• Serve as the main point of contact with all stakeholders.
• This function covers all stages of study, design, development, testing, implementation and post-launch support.
