The hey contact heroes start a new, larger project in the area of Prepaid Customer Service for a well-known mobile phone brand. This is an inbound service.

We are looking for reliable, motivated freelancers worldwide, with residence outside Germany, who will support us long-term in inbound customer service.

If you live and work outside of Germany and want to freelance remotely, you're exactly right with us.

Tasks

What awaits you:

• Processing of inbound calls around prepaid products, tariffs, SIM cards, recharges, and technical basic inquiries
• Professional project environment with fixed contact partners
• Flexible working hours within the scope of the project, you decide when you work
• Payout per hour or per productive minute (depending on the project model)
• 100 % Remote - Work from your location worldwide (except Germany)

Qualification

1. Legal & formal requirements:

• Self-employment/Freelancer status in the country of residence
• Residence outside of Germany
• Able to submit proper invoices according to the laws of your own country to international clients (us)
• Compliance with tax obligations in your own country

2. Professional & personal requirements:

• German language skills at C1/C2 level
• Experience in telephone customer service is advantageous
• Self-sufficient work style & organization
• Long-term interest in project collaboration

3. Technical requirements:

• Stable internet connection (at least 50 Mbit/s)
• Headset, two monitors, webcam, and a powerful PC
• A quiet, undisturbed workspace in the home office (no insight/access for third parties)
• Safe handling of web-based tools
