100% Disposition Clerk (m/w/d)

Adecco Our customer is a well-established company in the technical field with its headquarters in the Zofingen region. Its mission is to offer high-quality services to its customers and set efficient and professional processes. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a motivated 100% Disposition Clerk (m/w/d) immediately or by arrangement.

Affairs - Independent disposition of up to 10 service technicians for assignments throughout Switzerland

Coordination and scheduling of appointments with customers

Optimization of deployment plans and route planning

General administrative tasks in the area of disposition

Collaboration with other departments to ensure a smooth workflow

Profile - Commercial basic training

Experience in the field of disposition is an advantage

Good PC skills and routine handling of common MS Office programs

Organizational talent, communication strength, and stress resistance

Linguistic skills in German (fluent) and good oral French skills are advantageous
