What You’ll Do:

• Manage a substantial caseload, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. ⚖️
• Communicate promptly and professionally with clients in English and Spanish. ️
• Assist attorneys with legal memo writing, research, and preparing immigration and other legal forms. ✍️
• Adhere to firm policies to ensure the best outcome for clients.
• Work collaboratively with attorneys and senior legal assistants to meet deadlines.
• Analyze case strategies and conduct research for optimal outcomes.
• Proofread legal documents for accuracy and clarity.

Requirements

✅ Our Ideal Candidate:

• Has at least two years of experience as a legal assistant or law clerk.
• Holds a bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Is bilingual in English (C1 or higher) and Spanish, both spoken and written. ️✍️
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Can work independently on multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Permanently resides in Latin America.
• Owns a reliable laptop (Windows or Mac, 2017 or newer) with a stable internet connection.
