We’re looking for a Legal Trainer (Civil Law) to guide and mentor our reps who support U.S. law firms. You’ll be the person they turn to for direction, encouragement, and clarity when things get complex.

• Train and coach legal assistants and paralegals working with U.S. law firms.
  
• Help reps improve their performance and task execution.
  
• Support task-based escalations when a rep faces a challenge.
  
• Identify process gaps and guide reps on how to troubleshoot.
  
• Motivate, follow up, and track progress during training sessions.
  
• Work closely with other trainers to share insights and best practices.
  
  

Requirements

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and mentorship abilities.
  
• Empathetic, encouraging, and patient coaching style.
  
• Curious, resourceful, and comfortable with uncertainty.
  
• Highly organized with strong time management skills.
  
  

Hard Skills:

• Solid understanding of Civil Law (U.S. or LATAM).
  
• Experience in legal task management, document drafting, or case support.
  
• Confident using legal software (Clio, MyCase) and productivity tools (Asana, Google Workspace).
  
• Fluent in English — able to speak and write proficiently with U.S.-based clients.
  
• Experience teaching law or legal procedures is highly appreciated.
