05 - Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

For our location in Pullach im Isartal, we are looking for a motivated marketing manager (m/w/d) who can take our visibility to the next level. Aufgaben

• 360-Grad-Marketing: You develop, steer, and optimize comprehensive marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
• Performance Marketing: You plan and manage data-driven advertising campaigns and always keep budgets and KPIs (Conversion, Reach) in mind to continuously improve performance.
• Social Media Management: You are responsible for our social media channels, create creative, target-group-oriented content, and actively build our digital community.
• Plattform- & Eskalationsmanagement: You take over the operational management of our online portals and act as a solution-oriented and communicative interface for complex customer requests.
• Team-Support & Projekte: You are an active part of our team in Pullach. With your hands-on mentality, you also tackle cross-departmental projects and support the team in their daily operations.

Qualifikation

• A successful degree in marketing, digital media, communication or a comparable comprehensive education.
• Professional experience in marketing, ideally with a strong focus on performance marketing, social media, or digital campaigns.
• Experience in handling digital platforms and a safe hand in professional escalation and complaint management.
• High text and communication strength, creativity, and a good sense of aesthetics and digital trends.
• You are a team player with a structured work style, initiative, and keep your cool even in stressful phases.
• You have very good German and good English skills in writing and speaking.
