03. Project Management Systems Specialist | Fully Remote | USD Payments

We’re now hiring a skilled Project Managment Systems Specialist to help configure, optimize, and support scalable operational systems built on ClickUp for our internal teams and clients.

If you’re fluent in English and Spanish, have strong experience with workflow configuration and SaaS platform administration, and can translate operational needs into efficient system setups, this could be your next big opportunity.

Requirements

• Experience using ClickUp or another project management tool (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Notion).
• Comfortable learning new software and supporting others in using digital tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to explain simple processes.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (only English will be accepted, but bilingual is preferred).
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and follow structured guidelines.
• Experience in administrative support, operations, coordination, or similar roles is a plus but not required

What you'll do

• Support the creation and organization of ClickUp spaces, folders, lists, and dashboards.
• Maintain user access, permissions, and basic workspace settings.
• Assist in building and improving workflows, task structures, and templates.
• Help resolve general ClickUp issues and provide guidance to team members.
• Keep workspace organization consistent and aligned with internal standards.
• Document simple procedures and create basic instructions for ClickUp use.
• Help teams identify ways to work more efficiently within the platform.
• Moderate workspace activity to ensure information stays accurate and up to date.
• Stay familiar with new ClickUp features and recommend improvements when appropriate.
