0121 - Electrical Commissioning Engineer

We are looking for an Electrical Engineer with experience in commissioning and industrial automation, to participate in projects for the installation, programming, and commissioning of production lines in the automotive industry.

• Coordinate and supervise the electrical assembly of production lines, managing logistics and ensuring compliance with established schedules.
• Ensure compliance with the 9E2828 electrical standard, guaranteeing safe and high-quality installations.
• Apply and supervise the correct implementation of VASS 5 and VASS 6 regulations for the programming of PLCs used in the automation and control of industrial processes.
• Guarantee mastery of KS24 and KS26 standards, related to the programming of industrial robots and their integration with production systems.
• Use E-plan for the design and documentation of electrical plans in accordance with the required technical standards.
• Review approved devices (Freigabeliste) in accordance with the technical guidelines for quality and safety.
• Monitor the progress of robot programming through Vrogdiag and PLCs with Vprodes, ensuring the correct synchronization of the automation stages.
• Supervise reports through SICALIS and participate in the functional tests of the electrical systems during commissioning.

Requirements

• Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
• Minimum experience of 3 to 5 years in industrial electrical projects, preferably in the installation and automation of production lines.
• Solid knowledge of VASS 5/6, KS24/26 regulations and in the interpretation of the 9E2828 electrical standard.
• Advanced handling of E-plan for electrical design and documentation.
• Experience in industrial automation environments with PLCs and robots.
• Intermediate-advanced English (desirable).
• Ability to work in dynamic environments and with multidisciplinary teams.
