0120 - Mechanical Commissioning Engineer

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer with experience in commissioning processes, technical design, and production line optimization, to integrate into a strategic project in the automotive industry.

• Prepare technical drawings of productive media according to established technical specifications.
• Participate in activities for process optimization and improvement, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and reliability of equipment.
• Interpret technical plans for pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems to ensure technical compliance during installation and startup.
• Plan and track installation and commissioning plans for production lines.
• Evaluate materials, actuators, sensors, structures, transmission elements, and other critical components to ensure correct integration.
• Maintain constant communication with internal areas and suppliers to coordinate technical and logistical activities.
• Perform design and technical documentation in CATIA V5 and KVS, ensuring precision and traceability in deliverables.

Requirements

Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial or related field.

3-5 years of experience in mechanical design, installation processes, and startup of production lines.

Solid knowledge in interpreting technical plans and industrial components.

Advanced management of CATIA V5 and KVS document management systems.

Skills in process improvement and technical analysis.

Intermediate-advanced English (desirable).

Availability to work on-site in a technical and dynamic environment.
