We are seeking an Ingeniero Gestor de Proyectos en Ciberseguridad with experience in planning, coordinating, and implementing technological security solutions in industrial environments, to support strategic projects within the automotive industry.

Activities to be performed

• Plan, coordinate, and follow up on cybersecurity projects in industrial environments.
• Implement standards and norms of security such as ISO 27001 or ISA/IEC 62443.
• Experience with standards: ISO 27001, NIST, TISAX
• Manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate activities between IT, production, and security.
• Establish schedules, KPIs, and deliverables, ensuring compliance with times and costs.
• Identify risks, analyze stakeholders, and propose effective solutions to complex problems.
• Document progress, risks, and changes, ensuring communication with all stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managing cybersecurity projects, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of production and manufacturing processes.
• Mastery of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project management (PMI).
• Intermediate-advanced English.
• MS Project, Jira, Trello, Confluence.
• Power BI or other data visualization tools.
• Microsoft Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• High capacity for team and resource management.
• Effective communication and professionalism.
• Organization and priority management in dynamic environments.
• Focus on results and problem-solving.
• Risk identification and stakeholder analysis.
• Cross-functional work between IT, production, and security.
