0118- Quality Service

We are seeking an engineer for a Quality Service project in the automotive industry, responsible for evaluating, diagnosing and improving service processes in authorized repair shops. The profile will work on standardizing processes, implementing quality plans and ensuring the correct execution of continuous improvement programs in post-sales, guaranteeing uniformity, efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Main activities:

• Evaluate processes and technical capabilities in automotive service repair shops.
• Identify deviations and opportunities for improvement in post-sales processes.
• Design and implement specific quality plans for each repair shop.
• Prepare manuals and documentation of processes and operations.
• Monitor the execution of action plans and implemented improvements.
• Coordinate and communicate findings and recommendations with different levels of the organization.
• Ensure standardization and continuous improvement in service processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or related fields.
• Desirable postgraduate studies or certifications in quality management, continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma) or process administration.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance, process standardization or continuous improvement, preferably in repair shops or automotive services.
• Experience in process diagnosis, deviation identification and action plan design.
