We are seeking a Project Leader with experience in coordinating technical projects and installing industrial machinery, to support project management, installation, and commissioning of new productive equipment.

• Coordinate preparation activities for machine installation.
• Plan and manage resources, maneuvers, and logistics for the project.
• Supervise the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Provide engineering support to validate processes and ensure compliance with timelines.
• Manage and control deliverables, risks, and project progress.
• Ensure communication and coordination with technical teams involved.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in managing technical projects or installing machinery.

Knowledge of manufacturing process validation.

Planning, resource management, and team leadership skills.

Intermediate-advanced English (desirable).

Availability for a hybrid schedule (home office and on-site work).
