(0113) WPI Lead - Internal Logistics and Launch of New Models

We are seeking a WPI Lead, responsible for coordinating the integration of workstations and ensuring the correct implementation of WPI methodologies in new automotive project launches.

Activities to be performed:

• A ensure the preparation and installation of workstations at 100%, according to the production plan.
• Identify, design, and implement Minimal Material Handling (MMH) and Low Cost Automation (LCA) solutions.
• Maintain updated data and documentation in PFEP, Kaizen Journals, timelines, checklists, and issue lists.
• Coordinate with IE, Safety/Ergo, Material Flow, Packaging, and Production teams to ensure workstation validation.
• Supervise that CAD designs reflect plant conditions with precision.
• Solve issues quickly and effectively, ensuring closure plans.
• Lead compliance with ergonomics, safety, and best practices in workstation layouts.

Requirements

• Industrial Engineering, Mechanical or related degree.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in internal logistics, preferably in new model launches.
• Intermediate-advanced English.
• Knowledge of WPI methodologies from Stellantis.
• Experience in warehouse design, material flow studies, and space optimization.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office (Excel and Access), ODCICS2.
• Knowledge in ergonomics and manufacturing applications.
• Ability to work in dynamic and multicultural environments.
