0112 - Design Release Engineer Powertrain Advanced

At Alten, we are looking for a product design and release engineer who wants to join our team of professionals to develop advanced solutions in challenging projects.

• Coordinate with multi-functional teams (design, release, validation, manufacturing, Tier 1 suppliers) to ensure consistency in requirements and practices.
• Translate functional objectives into technical requirements and solutions.
• Develop design concepts, feasibility studies, and alternative analysis.
• Manage DFMEA, DVPR, FMEA, and verification plans to ensure compliance with corporate guidelines and objectives.
• Lead standardization activities, quality improvement, cost analysis, and product launch.
• Develop and maintain CAD models (NX), 2D drawings with GD&T, material lists, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate the integration and packaging of electrical systems, harnesses, and high-voltage components (HVES/HVBS).
• Support prototype construction, engineering changes, and problem resolution before and after launch.
• Maintain warranty tracking and failure analysis in production.
• Implement innovation and technological advancement plans to optimize processes and times.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Aerospace) from an ABET-accredited university.

• Advanced knowledge of Teamcenter, NX, and VisProfessional Viewer.

• Dominance of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• High level of proficiency in English (conversation, reading, and writing).
