(0108) Warehouse Logistics Supervisor

We are looking for a Warehouse Logistics Supervisor with an operational focus, analytical capacity, and experience leading teams in manufacturing or distribution environments. This position is key to ensuring efficiency, orderliness, and quality in the warehouse operations, as well as to maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management, as well as experience with inventory management, transportation, and warehousing. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling the flow of goods, materials, and information within the warehouse, as well as for ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The Warehouse Logistics Supervisor will also be responsible for developing and implementing processes and procedures to improve warehouse operations, as well as for providing guidance and support to warehouse staff. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be fluent in Spanish and English, and will have excellent communication and leadership skills. The Warehouse Logistics Supervisor will be based in Mexico City, Mexico, and will be required to travel occasionally to other locations within the country.
