We are looking for a Salesforce Junior Administrator to provide functional and operational support on the Salesforce platform, contributing to the stability and evolution of CRM solutions within the automotive ecosystem. Responsibilities: User registration and deregistration, role management, profiles, and permissions within the Salesforce platform. Creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards. Support users in resolving incidents and requests related to the Salesforce platform. Participate in the implementation of new functionalities and improvements to the Salesforce platform. Collaborate with other teams to ensure the integration of Salesforce with other systems. Create and maintain documentation related to the Salesforce platform. Keep up-to-date with Salesforce updates and best practices. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Salesforce administrator, preferably in the automotive industry. Knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including object creation, workflow, process builder, and validation rules. Experience in creating and managing reports and dashboards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
